With ten years experience as an accredited building energy consultant and assessor in Australia, he has been actively involved in facilitating the transition for members of the building industry towards building design and practices that result in lower energy use, costs & carbon emissions, whilst improving human factors and comfort conditions for occupants.

Roger has also been involved in the research and development of a Solar-Hybrid Air Conditioning system.

Water related projects include project coordination of water treatment technology upgrades for industrial- and municipal water treatment plants as well as sales and project management of domestic rainwater tank and filtration system installations.
